SUSIE FURLOW

RECREATIONAL DIRECTOR / INSTRUCTOR

Susie Furlow grew up in Thousand Oaks, California. She received her dance training from the best studio in town, Bobbie's School of Performing Arts! At a young age Susie knew dancing was her passion and pursued it whole heartedly.

After dancing in Company at Bobbie's, she was accepted into the Edge Performing Arts professional scholarship program. This elite program allowed her to learn from the best instructors and choreographers in the business. From there she went on to dance for four years with the championship winning, Los Angeles Lakers. During the off-season she had the honor to perform over seas for the United States troops and
traveled the world dancing. Susie also feels very fortunate to have been one of the first members in Gregg Russell's tap company, "Tap Sounds Underground".

Susie can be seen in the Britney Spears music video "You Drive Me Crazy" and has worked on The Grammys, Nickelodeon, Mad TV, The Magic Hour, According to Jim, Fox Sports and more. While dancing professionally, Susie continued teaching and sharing her love for dance with children. She has worked with kids of all ages for twenty plus years. She has choreographed for college and high school dance teams and run a successful dance program at private schools for 14 years.

Susie is currently living in Westlake Village and happily married to her husband, Jake Furlow. They have three wonderful kids; Wyatt, Cody and Faith. Susie is extremely grateful to be back at Bobbie's, where it all began. Susie is the recreational director at the studio and is excited to share her love and joy for dance with others.
