Jessica Lee Coffman is a dancer, singer, choreographer and published author. She recently joined the Los Angeles cast of the adorable vintage tap dancers, The Honey Taps. Jess has had the joy and privilege of being a featured performer and Resident Artist for Transcendence Theatre Company from 2015 to the present. In the summer of 2018, Jess made her Choreography and Associate Directing debut at Transcendence Theatre Company working on the original show, Big Top Dreamers. She will also be making her choreography debut in the fall of 2018 with The Young Artist Ensemble's production of Once Upon a Mattress. Other favorite Musical Theatre credits include: "Francisca" in West Side Story at Sacramento Music Circus, Lead Singer in the National Tour of Hooray for Hollywood, featured  dancer in Aladdin and  “Shelley” in Hairspray at Tuacahn Amphitheater, Dance Captain and Female Swing aboard the Disney Dream Cruise Ship, as well as many other professional productions. Jess has also judged many dance competitions, is music video choreographer and puts out online tap tutorials on her Youtube channel. Jess has enjoyed teaching music and dance to all ages from 0-70, across the country, for the last 12 years. "My goal as a teacher in the performing arts is to help cultivate and foster a sense of joy in the process of learning and performing. I try to influence my students to see the arts as an important means of self-expression and storytelling."Jess is a member of Actor's Equity Association.
